FC Barcelona’s new manager Ernesto Valverde is on way to become a fan favourite at the Camp Nou after winning the International Champions Cup beating Clasico rivals Real Madrid in the Finals at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami.
Spanish Giants, FC Barcelona have beaten Juventus from Italy and Manchester United from England before the clash against Real Madrid. The full team was ready for the clash and even the rumour struck Neymar is in good form. If the team continues to gel and play with such determination, the old Catalunyan team is set to clinch the Spanish League from Real Madrid, after narrowly missing it in the last season.
The finals featured goals from Messi, Rakitic and Pique from the Blaugranas and from the Los Galacticos side, Kovacic and Asensio scored. The winning team played their full team while Real Madrid rested Kroos and Isco. Cristiano Ronaldo is still out on vacation, but the Royals of Madrid will be hungry to put their best foot forward following one of their best seasons in decades.
The Spanish Liga Santander will begin on 20th August 2017.
